Refund Policy

Commission Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your commission, any deposits paid will not be returned. If I have already started work on your commission you may also be charged for the time I’ve committed to it, up to the point of cancellation.
You can only cancel your commission prior to it going into production for printing and/or framing. If you choose to cancel your commission after this point, you will be liable for the full cost of the commission.

Returns & Refunds

As all items are bespoke and made to order, they can only be returned/replaced if faulty or damaged.

Orders cannot usually be amended once submitted, but if you’ve made a mistake please get in touch as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn’t yet been dispatched I’ll do my best to get it sorted for you.
I cannot be held liable for any errors made by the customer. Please ensure that you’ve measured and selected the correct frame or size of print for your requirements.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the unlikely event that your order is defective or damaged, contact me within 24 hours of receipt at: enquiry@thecuriouscreative.co.uk. Please provide photos of the issue(s) and include your order details. I’ll then go through your options with you and do my best to make it right.
I will be limited with what I can do for you if you report any issues after 24 hours of receipt, but I will still try and see what can be done.
